1. Delivery Partner
All orders placed on doublerainbowkids.com are delivered through our trusted logistics partner Pathao.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times after order confirmation are as follows:

Inside Dhaka: Within 1 working day (Tk. 90)

Outside Dhaka (Rest of Bangladesh): Within 3 to 5 working days (Tk. 120)
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location accessibility, courier capacity, and external factors beyond our control.
3. Same-Day Delivery (Special Consideration)
Same-day delivery is available only on special consideration and is subject to operational feasibility.
You will be charge a fixed amount of Tk 300 for same day deliveries.

5. Order Tracking & Communication
Once your order is dispatched, delivery-related communication may be handled directly by Pathao. Customers are advised to remain reachable at the provided contact number to ensure smooth delivery.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact details, re-delivery may be subject to additional time and charges as determined by the delivery partner.
7. Free Delivery & Returns / Exchanges
Any free delivery or shipping offer provided at the time of purchase becomes void if the product is returned or exchanged for any reason. In such cases, delivery or re-delivery charges may apply as per prevailing rates.
