Refund policy

At Double Rainbow Kids, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

By placing an order on doublerainbowkids.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Inspection at Delivery

Customers are highly encouraged to check the product(s) at the time of delivery to ensure there are no issues such as:

• Physical damage

• Missing items

• Signs of tampering or theft

If any issue is identified during delivery, customers should immediately inform the delivery agent and contact Double Rainbow Kids.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Exchange requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Clearance sale items are not eligible for exchange.

3. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the customer contacts and informs us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• This applies in situations where the customer was unable to properly verify or check the product at the time of delivery, as encouraged above.

• Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.

Return requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Clearance sale items are strictly non-returnable.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

• Approved refunds will be disbursed within 5 to 7 working days from the date the refund request is approved.

• Refunds will be made only through mobile banking channels, including:

• bKash

• Nagad

• Rocket

Cash refunds, bank transfers, or card reversals are not supported.

The refunded amount will reflect the product value after deducting any applied discounts, offers, or non-refundable charges, where applicable.

5. Delivery Charges & Free Delivery Offers

• Any free delivery or shipping offer becomes void if a product is returned or exchanged.

• Delivery or re-delivery charges may apply for exchanges as per prevailing rates.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Clearance sale products

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or washing after delivery

• Products returned without original tags or packaging

7. Offline Purchases Exclusion

Any products purchased offline from third-party retail partners such as Unimart or Shwapno are governed solely by the respective store’s return and exchange policies.

Double Rainbow Kids’ online return, refund, exchange services, offers, or perks do not apply to offline purchases including popup shops and fairs/events.
