A: No. Purchases made from Unimart, Shwapno, or any other offline retail partners are governed by the respective store’s policies and are not eligible for our online services, offers, or post-sales support.

Discounts, Offers & Coupons
Q: Can I use a coupon on discounted products?
A: No. Coupons cannot be applied on top of running discounts or promotional offers unless clearly stated.
Q: Can multiple coupons be used in one order?

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

A: You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to report any issue. Requests made after this time frame may not be accepted.
Q: How are refunds processed?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and are disbursed only through mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
Q: Are clearance sale items returnable or exchangeable?
A: No. Clearance sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
