Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. Should you receive a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the option to return it for an exchange, replacement, or refund. Please note, delivery charges apply for exchanges and replacements.
- Please note that refunds are processed within a standard timeline of 7 to 10 working days as per our Return and Refund Policy.
- Original delivery charges will not be refunded or adjusted for returns and exchanges.
- If the need for replacement arises due to an error on our part, we will cover the delivery charges for returning the parcel and sending you the replacement.
- Refunds are only provided in cases where there are strong reasons.
- To request a return or exchange, kindly notify us within 72 hours of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- A valid receipt is required for exchanges or refunds. Returned or exchanged products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Double Rainbow accepts returns or exchanges for items that are in new, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
- Please note that orders can only be exchanged once.
